Similarvere Store reserves the right to limit or deny any returns or exchanges.
RETURN POLICY
In-Store Purchases
New and unused merchandise purchased in Similarvere Store stores may be returned within 14 days of purchase at the original store. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.
Online Purchases
New and unused merchandise purchased online may be returned within 14 days of the package delivery date. Returns will not be accepted without an original receipt. You will be required to pay the return shipping and a 5% restocking fee if the product(s) are returned due to personal preferences. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition, packaging, tags, and labels.

If a mistake was made by us, such as sending the wrong item, please contact us at Similarvere Store and we will begin processing your return and replacement at no additional cost to you. Photos of the incorrect item(s) are required, and a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) will be issued. In order to be eligible for a return, you must email Similarvere Store.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label (at the cost of the customer), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns sent back without an authorization will be refused.
EXCHANGE POLICY
If you intend to get another item we do not process/offer direct exchanges. Please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead. This is the fastest way to receive your new item.
FINAL SALE
The following products are considered final sales and ineligible for return/exchange or refunds:
- Blind boxes
- Gachapons
- Trading cards
- Food
- Drinks
- Cosmetics
Food, drinks, and cosmetics are final sales and excluded from our return and exchange policy due to health and safety concerns. Please also note that all sales are final on blind boxes, gachapon items, and trading cards. By agreeing to our terms, you are accepting the inherent outcome of purchasing such items. As they are subject to complete randomness, a refund or reimbursement cannot be given if you are not satisfied with the outcome.
The return & exchange policies are not applicable to final sale items.
DAMAGES AND DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Similarvere Store if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please include images so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that a minor packaging flaw that doesn’t affect the contents is not considered a defect or damage for parcel insurance or refund claims. A damage claims need to be reported within 7 days of the package delivery date.
Please include your order number and attach images of the damaged item(s) to Similarvere Store when making a claim.
